Music wise--Integer mode is back if you DAC supports it (Audirvana+ managed it previously.)

Most adopters are finding that digital music sounds a bit more "real"--although not everybody agrees. This is possibly due to smoother power management.

On my machines the transition was smooth with no problems.

I haven't been able to compare the sound closely but I haven't noticed any major difference with Audirvana+ or BitPerfect.

Absolutely no problems in updating my MacBook and iMac here. The sound from the iMac has improved substantially (no A/B testing), but pretty confident that it's not all wishful thinking.

iMac -> W4S uLINK -> Bryston BDA-1 DAC.

Is it faster?

For what I use it for (Screensharing and terminal) it is very significantly improved in speed (especially screensharing) ... and battery-life.   Screensharing no longer takes massive resources when it is off-screen .... no more burning knees.

Seems a bit faster for what I'm using on my iMac though for some reason the System Preferences windows takes a long time to open the last few times I've gone to use it, everything else seems about right or a bit faster.
