DonGreen
Great information here. I've been putting off hearing aids for a few years now. This may just encourage me to take the plunge to improve my general hearing.
davm
Thanks for this. I have friend who probably would benefit from hearing aids, but has been reluctant to date. Being more in control himself could be the difference between trying hearing aids or avoiding them.

DonGreen
Any update on the availability in Australia of the Sony CRE-E10s? I really should have hearing aids, but I thought for 2k or so it might be worth giving these a try. Anyone bought the CRE-C10s and tried them, or the CRE-E10s with wireless charging and Bluetooth? I'd be keen to order a pair if anyone knows where they are available rightnow.
DonGreen
Bump on the availability of the Sony CRE-E10s in Australia. Anyone come across any for sale? Sony US won't ship to Australia.
Administrator Marc Posted February 23 Administrator Share Posted February 23 They've likely got to jump through all sorts of hoops first on the medical side, let alone the electrical compliance etc (different voltage transformer for the charger etc). Then there's the question of how Sony will distribute this in AU - as different parts of Sony are distributed by different companies to different types of retailers. Likely they'll be on the Sony AU website for direct sale as soon as they solve all that though. TLDR; No idea when, sorry!
