Hi all,

Looking for either of the above players.  Am in Canberra.  Happy to pay for shipping for sellers interstate.

Not fussy on condition.  Just need it to be in proper working order.

Thanks

Hi, thanks.  I just discovered LX500 has no streaming apps.  No Netflix, YouTube - nothing.  That's not a deal breaker for me (if the price was reasonable) but for the prices I've seen UB9000 sell for (noting the latter has streaming apps) the Panasonic seems far better value given reviews indicate performance between the two units are similar.

Will see what options come to light !

Cheers

Note that the UB9000 is missing Disney+, Stan and Paramount+ and not as nice to access the streaming services as a smart TV.

The Pioneer was always going to be significantly more expensive, so better to change your WTB...

Hi Josh.  Thanks for reaching out.  Not anymore, actually.  I purchased an 820 from JB HiFi and could not for the life of me get internet/network connectivity through it.  I returned it, and just stuck with my old PS3 slim.  I assume given the same infrastructure the 9000 may possess the same issue.  Have you had anything similar occur on yours?

Good luck with your sale though!  I understand the 9000 is a lovely sounding unit.

Interesting to hear - never once had any network connectivity issues with the 9000. Sounds potentially a faulty unit. Always been rock solid unit in all aspects.
