This is a China import. Reading the voltages seems to indicate the power transformer is designed for 240V (interestingly) as the AC voltage for the filaments read the correct voltage when the AC is close to 240V (at night at my place).

B+ reads 1000V for a 240V AC input. It’s quite typical for a 845 based amp. The capacitor bank in the PSU can handle peaks of 1400V so the PSU is well designed.

I can’t say if all the grey imports have a 240V power transformer but for sure, this one has.

By the way, I’m definitely not recommending anyone to go for grey imports. I bought this one at a good price and I can fix my tube gear myself. But unless you can’t do that, definitely stay away from grey import. The savings you’ll get will be wiped out at the first issue you may have with the piece of gear.
