proftournesol Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 are the yamahas any good, or is it a myth like mothra? Hang on now, Mothra is real! Here's a documentary to prove it.
Rob181 Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 (edited) Sick of people calling me Robbie. So much GREAT gear...so little room....how do the Krell's sound...nothing wrong with being called Robbie...Rob Edited April 22, 2013 by Rob181
jaspert Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 YM, I can still see ample floor space for more speakers and amps. You are obviously not trying hard enough. Hahah! Looking forward to see the new room in the future.
sean Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 are the yamahas any good, or is it a myth like mothra? Do you think they would be there if they were sh!t? They are very good. So good infact I was tempted to hunt down a set after hearing them at Joes place when I visited one evening. AB, I think your mate has chosen very wisely. Cheers.
Guest yamaha_man Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 So much GREAT gear...so little room....how do the Krell's sound...nothing wrong with being called Robbie...Rob The Krells have complimented the system nicely. As for nothing wrong with being called Robbie - there is when your name is Joseph.
cheekyboy Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 Hi mate, just caught your thread and the system looks great, even if the room is a little busy . New room by the end of the year?......I heard a whisper, that perhaps you're dreamin"! Cheers, Keith

blinky Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Didn't know my old name was so popular, Blinky I'm flattered. tried it on for size, didn't fit. I like Yamaha Man though as I used to have a Yamaha RD 250 LC screamer back when i was in the SASR. Sadly moved it on.
Guest yamaha_man Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 My Yamaha man name stems from once having 3 sets of NS1000s.
Grumpy Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 That is a serious looking entertainment room and I love the cranberry colour on the wall.

Rob181 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Had an RD 350 way back when...it was quick & handled better than most in its day. Recently sold my much loved VFR 800...that was a sensational bike...Rob 1
Guest kab Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Used to have a RZ500 before i wrote it and myself nearly off.
