Ahh think they will be from 70,s  but on there way from Ukraine

Right, the codes are straight forward, just the number. Not saying the ones from 70s are bad, they are nice also. And the ones I used to have look almost the same construction as the GEC 6AS7.

Single ended parallel Otomon Audio

Found the engine room I think, at least the ISO transformer version

The detailed layout is so fine and a testament to the builder 👍

Those reds look like Imperial Royal Guards from Star Wars. The whole thing looks like the Sith; valve lords ruling all over from the ISO Emperor. Very impressive work. Let go of your thermionic fear old Jedi. Will do Darth. 👍

Majestic G-80 globe from the late 1920's. The plates are slanted to one side due to creep and the rectifier being stored on its side for close to 95 years. Love the refined sound of the big charcoal plates.

Hope nobody's bored with my 45 valves photos, just received these two from the states, another Cunningham CX345 circle plate and Radiotron 45 ladder plate. Gloomy days in Sydney....

In the front - 6922 pinched waists - Amperex (on the left) and Philips (on the right).
And in use - Tung sol 5998s, Brimar 6SN7's with Brimar EZ80 rectifiers.

Lovely sounding 6922/E88CC tubes you have there. The pair on the left I can see are what look like Amperex Hicksville Long Island production from the 51st week of 1959. There should be a 2-lined horizontal 7-L-number *9-letter etched code on the glass envelope near the bottom and also a 9-number-number vertical etched code at the top of the glass envelope. The Philips Holland pair on the right look to be Eindhoven production with pink 7-L-number 6-6-letter codes. They should also have a vertical number-number-letter etched code at the top. Happy to provide further info if you share these date codes.

You have no idea how much that feature impacts the sound. I swear I can hear 'lead free' sound.

A few little boys arrived, trying them out one by one compare to the E80CC. At first, 12AY7 and E80CC sound the best, 6060 white T very close (will need to listen for longer time) then 12AX7 bugle boy. Don't get me wrong though, they all sound very nice.
