colinm1
for any fan out there the time is near, BUT will they be happy or sad, with the latest efforts of BB i would say the team have grown as songwriters ,as seen in the visitor, the total content unknown as yet but maybe no disco hits as such, if it is as good as A's album a few years ago ,we all are in for a treat, the live show ,will be stunning BUT as seen in the promo clip, they will look like they were in the 1980's which i think is a great move, their greatest hits albums will again hit no 1 , i dont think they are doing it for the $$$$, and just think if it wernt for eurovision and to a large degree the aussie public who went mad for their music :)
BuzzzFuzzz
My first favourite band, and Agnetha was my first crush, like I'm sure she was for many boys / men. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.abc.net.au/article/100431312
LHC
Back in the days in primary school we even collected and traded ABBA cards, they were that popular.

Heifetz
Abba Voyage on new vinyl - I am hoping. I have always been a big Abba fan since childhood. I love their music. Its a positive force in my life. I am looking forward to the new album but wonder if it will sound any good on the new vinyl. I own all their previous albums 1st pressings either on Epic or Polydor. They sound magnificent.
Heifetz
Anyone listened to Voyage on vinyl yet? Is the sound any good? Is it compressed mud or spreading wings and flying high like an eagle? (-:
Guest
While I do like this album, but the award has to go to abba for a bizarre lyric writing style. Must be a Swedish thing. Edited November 7, 2021 by Sime
colinm1
I think above all the new album will re kindle many fans to buy the lp CD, even if critics canned it, which the have not, I will keep an open mind and take it as it is , bit like many top selling artists today, are over 70, paul and rings come to mind,Fleetwood Mac are getting close, and the stones can still sell out a stadium, will be interesting if anyone has input on the quality of the pressings,
betty boop
feedback from the holographic ABBA show in the UK..... I do hope this comes our way some day.... "~Went to see ABBA at their new venue in London, it’s their new hologram experience with them as they were in their hay day. I have been to a lot of concerts over the years and at 55 I do mean a fair few, frankly this blows everything out of the water, it’s the single most amazing musical/visual experience of my life and something everyone should try and experience. Genuinely if I didn’t know better I would swear they were on stage in front of us and when there was a real life choir behind them it was ABBA which looked the more real. One word ……. WOW All the old legends, from the Beatles to the Stones and everything in between should be looking into this technology, imagine seeing the Beatles at their prime in concert again, wouldn’t that be something. Ringo, Paul make it happen PLEASE.~"
Little_Joe
The show does look great. I'll be seeing it in May as my partner is a massive fan. ABBA is a guilty pleasure of mine, so I'm sure I'll enjoy it too.
