My Assessment

Room correction is particularly effective at higher volumes.

In our room (sound insulated), this was still very noticeable in the bass department -> much less boomy.

It cleans up the entire frequency range and everything becomes more defined with reduced harshness at the top end.

The correction was insightful for me to understand what bass should sound like and therefore reposition speakers to closer resemble.

The device also comes with Volumio streamer (I tested using Spotify and Tidal) and it sounds good.

Ease of Use

Initially apprehensive as to the complexity of this device but manuals are super clear and actually pretty simple to get going.

Condition of Device

Pretty much brand new with additional larger microphone tripod (so comes with the mini tripod and also a larger tripod).

Protective stickers are still intact with all factory packaging.

Who would Benefit

Those with rooms nodes and cannot be bothered / not allowed to implement e.g. bass traps.

Those who like to listen loud (this does not apply for me).

Those who has sub-woofer/s (I say this would be super useful for integrating subs).

Those who enjoy tweaking (remote allows Dirac On/Off which is a dream for comparisons)

Those who would appreciate saving over $300 of RRP shipped to Australia.
