hello all members.

 

i have a pair of amator 3 in mint condition. 450 hours now.

bought and paid for brand new. 

 

all boxes and accessories.

 

cannot tell they are second hand. Present like new and i have receipts to show how much i paid

 

sound quality is emotional like no other speaker brand at this price range. 

Throughout the whole mid range band is mouth watering and soul stirring, also another strong point is its imaging ability.

After hearing them at Len Wallis I would be keeping them, they come across as more expensive full tower speakers and then some.

I know yours well. Amator has a more revealing midrange larger scale of sound. And bass that doesn't make sense on how deep and impactfull it expresses.

Nothing as yet. Maybe i was thinking go up higher.

But if not grabbed by weekend i will keep and buy a new dac.

 

I would run amator 3 with a bartok or some other dac in it's class.

 

Or no dac upgrade and a speaker upgrade.
