eLicky Posted August 8, 2021 Posted August 8, 2021 I purchased one of these for my RME-ADI 2 DAC, its been great and really reliable. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/392866127540
MooneeBeach Posted August 8, 2021 Author Posted August 8, 2021 Thanks for the link - that might do the job. I also have the same DAC - do you feel the RME-ADI2DAC benefited from its use?

I also have the same DAC - do you feel the RME-ADI2DAC benefited from its use? My Lenovo Tiny PC was creating harsh treble via USB to the RME, like an edgy glare to the sound. I purchased the optical converter to try and solve it. It solved the problem and overall sounds better than it ever did via USB. Its a quality little converter, doesn't crash or cause issues, just hides behind my desk and does its job. They also have a larger model. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/393144935278?hash=item5b8943a36e:g:qSYAAOSw3rxfvHdo
MooneeBeach Posted August 8, 2021 Author Posted August 8, 2021 Thanks for the information. I haven't had any problems like that with my Intel NUC, but good to know.
