Further information: A pair of Martin Logan Purity Speakers in beautiful cherry wood finish. Cosmetic and operational condition is perfect.

With an elegantly slim and tall see-through electrostatic panel framed in black, and integrated bass module housing dual 6.5" aluminium cone woofers, these full-range speakers are a design statement. My poor photos don't do them any justice at all.

This model at a bargain used price is an incredibly inexpensive entry into the world of electrostatic clarity via lower distortion than most cone speakers, as well as their renowned absence of "boxiness". The cheapest hybrid electrostatic from Martin Logan currently retails for $5499 in black. This model also has substantial bass potential which belies its size.

On top of their aesthetic and performance qualities lies an exceptional range of features and flexibility. With a sensitivity of 93dB they are able to be easily driven by external amplifiers, but as part of an ultra-ergonomic lifestyle setup they can also be driven by an internal high efficiency 200W power amp. In this configuration, any source with level control can be all that's required to complete the system! Rear panel speaker or RCA input terminals allow either setup, as well as bass level control to match room acoustics.

I won't go on about the wealth of features in this model, which may be accessed from the Purity manual online. As I don't have the original cartons, local pickup would be easier, but I'm happy to assist interstate buyers willing to pay for packing and freight. I've priced the speakers with this finish and condition accordingly.

I have owned a pair of these for 8 years.

The new owner of these will not be disappointed.

A sublime listening experience.

If these were in Tasmania, I. Would buy them.

GLWTS.
