Melb: AUDIOPHONICS MPA-S250NC XLR Class D Stereo Amplifier Ncore 2x250W 4 Ohm (Faulty?)

Hi gang, I bought one of these for about $800:

because this new gen Class D ncore/purifi sounded cool.

 

However, I'm not sure if I'm hearing that one side is "weaker" than the other one.  Maybe it's my setup?    I could easily pick it up on my main floorstanders, and now have replaced this device with a Vincent SV-500 Integrated Amplifier.  

 

Now plugging it into my 2nd room, KEF LS50s, it's harder to pick up if it's faulty because of the Uni-Q array design.

 

If someone wants to borrow it for a day, a week or two, and have a play with it, I'd appreciate it.  I'd rather not have to ship it back to France, seeming I didn't pay with paypal with free returns (doh!)

 

I'm in Elwood, and I work in Camberwell, but I'm dressed like an essential worker so can drop off around those areas no issues.

 

Also interested in generally meeting audio geeks who want to have a cup of tea/coffee and a chat about audio as I'm still learning and interested in all sorts of stuff.  Maybe even if we can test this device together, that would be awesome.
