Bought these in March 2021 off Amazon, only lightly used since. 

Includes both sets of pads (analytical and normal), both cables (coiled and normal) and the carry case.

Sorry I don't have the original box anymore. 

In regards to warranty, I'm not certain if Beyerdynamic will provide it for a second owner based on this:

However I'm happy to provide a copy of my Amazon receipt if wanted.
