I've been using the multichannel inputs (EXT IN) fine.

Comes with power cable and a non-original remote that controls volume, power on/off. Other features/settings easily adjusted using the front device buttons.

A bit of a classic in their day. I have one sitting in a box waiting for the day it gets put in a garage system or outdoor kitchen area. Such a shame they aren't worth a lot more money but technology has marched on. If it was a similar vintage and power 2ch amp it would be worth more. Which is not to say it can't be used just like that,.

They had an issue with the supplied remote which would get swapped under warranty. I have the AVR2805 remote as well as it doesn't have the issues and can be easier to use. Also handy if using it as a zone 2 amp with a remote link. Other Denon AVR remotes will operate most of the functions.

BTW - all the units imported into Australia by the Denon importers were 230v and C-ticked for Aus as I recall.

GLWTS - it is a good buy for someone.
