I have a friend who wears Apple Series 6 watch which cost about S$600/

It is said that it the best tool around currently to monitor some aspect of health such as BP, Pulse, Oxygen on the go and it a no hassle device.

I am considering to buy one and specifically for those purposes.

I like to know if any brother here owns one for those purposes . I have to use a OMRON JPN! for checking on my BP presently.

Important to me is the reliability consistent accuracy of the tools. and service and maintenance or warranty. Battery Life is important.

I do not know if Huawei produce a similar type and if it does whether it is more superior than Apple watch.

Price is not important.

Some food for thought. Apple watch 6 user.

If you an Apple phone user, great.  Sorry Android user.

If you re looking for on watch BP measurement, then the Apple watch is not for you.  It can however, sync with a bluetooth enabled BP monitor.  This info can then be stored and read on the Health app to track your well being.

Battery life is still not great as it needs to be charged daily.  This based on my usage pattern. Always on display, regular BP measurement and 30 mins exercise heart rate tracking etc.

You can perform an ECG ( not sure if it is 100% accurate) with the 6.

As a fitness tracking tool, it works well, nagging you to move, stand and exercise.

If you live in Apple ecosystem, the watch can be a useful  tool.  It helps me to unlock my Mac :classic_biggrin:

Hope that helps.

As a 6-series user, I totally agree with all said here.

I also have an iHealth BP monitor and weight scales, which as mentioned, syncs with Apple Health. Overall, the iWatch is very reliable, bug-free, and works very well for all fitness and health related tracking. I recommend it.
