You will start to get a 'handshake' blinking issue therefore you need ACTIVE HDMI cable which has a built-in amplifier to boost the signals. This 'amplifier' device is placed inside molded in the cable itself. It is tested without any problem when watching normal 1080p and/or 3D movies. Price for 2m (it is for your reference, here retail was at S$120 and $680 for 15m): Selling price: $300 for 15m The Chord Company HDMI Active Silver Plus has been designed and manufactured to provide an extremely high level of performance at a very good price. The Chord HDMI Active Silver Plus will carry a 340 MHz signal. You can watch 3D movie without any problem.
