Extra Info:

I purchased this in 2011 from the US, and it is a great sounding and well regarded power amp. I was looking for a well regarded vintage power amp and was also looking at Accuphase and others, before settling on this one.

From memory it is rated at 120 watts a channel.

The amp works very well and as it should and runs cool, even after hours of use.

Unit is 110 voltage, but I will include a SDT with amp, so that it's good to go.

Cosmetically I'd rate the M-02 at around 7.5, the faceplate is clean, but has a scratch on top left hand side above the word Luxman. Another blemish on right hand side at top of the folded over front face.

The top of unit has some marks and scratches on it, as can be seen in pics, and some light marks scratches on sides.

I sent the amp down to Dallas Clarke at Clarke Audio ( he specialises in Luxman amps), and Dallas performed the following:

Test/inspect existing components.

remove old speaker terminals and power cable

bypass internal speaker connectors and speakers B

fit 4 heavy gold binding posts with reinforcing bracket

direct wire input terminals with heavy cable

fit blanking plate over speaker b location

direct wire input terminals with OFC cable

bypass btl and attenuator circuitry

resolder/rework/decontaminate  main PCB

supply and fitIEC mains input receptacle and chassis earth

retension heatpipe adapter and output device assy

realign to factory specification

recalibrate VU meters

remove and refit VU meter lenses

general service, listen test and soak test

supply US style power cord

All up it cost $580 for the amps trip to Clarke Audio, but it was money well spent.

PM if any questions. Can courier anywhere in Aust, and item will be well packed.

I normally use Transdirect and I'd imagine a top of around 40 to eastern states.
