How to frame my 12"x16" pix?

So I got some 12"x16" prints done a few weeks ago when they was cheep.

Now I gotta frame the buggers. I don't see much at this size in the shops.

There's a bloke at the markets that makes some cheap-n-cheerful frames to size. But I need glass (probably 16"x22") and 12"x16" mattes.

Anyone know a good place to get glass and mattes? Or places that stock good frames for this size?
