I used to visit a Hi Fi Friend in Auckland NZ suburb of Meadowbank--he lived in the next block from the owner of Auckland's HT and Home Stereo chain an Indian Gentleman --Roger Bhatnagar He drove an original Maclaren F1 Midnight Blue. As an aside also in the same area -Remuera Road and Upland Road--was the site of Maclaren Motors --the family Servo business where Bruce learnt his craft. Wiki--sorry Willco 2

Never realised how cool these cars looked for their age. Sorta had the Hot Rod thing going on way back in the 30's. A Dusenberg II Murphy Roadster...
