Someone help identify these speakers

I have a pair of these speakers labeled LA-360ec. I cant find anything about them. They have been in my family my whole life. They were giving to me a few years ago, the cloth all shabby and chip bored boxes falling apart. I rebuilt their boxes in design tech class and made them deeper, i also replaced the cloth. Quiet a nice sounding set of speakers, good bass and a nice earthy sound.

The pictures are bad from the flash, the fronts are jet black and not half see through, i might take some more tomorrow when i can get away with no flash. Anyway if anyone knows anything of them some input would be appreciated.

I can't remember much about them and I think they were fom the 80s

I am pretty sure that they were made in the USA

It's the LA part that I remembered

Thanks for the info, after some searching i have came across some other forums where people are restoring them. They all reckon theirs had blue cloth on the front and they have different woofers to mine. I know mine originally had black cloths and the woofers i am sure are the originals too.
