Hi Steve,

Just wondering how it performs on USB input? Do you need to install custom drivers, or does Windows just detect the device natively??

Also, what is the "Flavour" button on the front??

Thanks..

I have tested it through USB and it sounds fine to me. Windows 7 PC just picked up the driver no problem.

"Flavor" (Flavour) button cycles through 9 different types of digital filtering. See the attached manual which lists the filters.

The 3.1 doesn't require drivers as it runs the TE7022 chip.

The later 3.2 runs the TE8022 and requires drivers as it offers asynchronous USB.

Yep that's what I meant to say only Pete said it better.

Great, Thanks Pete (and Steve) for the the feedback..

I just get so confused with "what's what" trying to follow the Audio GD stuff.. Their website is terrible,, and any Audio Gd threads on here are quite interesting, but it seems unles you've been following their developments over time, it makes it hard to figure out what's what,, well for me it does anyway
