Hi Folks,

Another month, another clearance sale. I'll moving into a small apartment soon and will be using the opportunity to return to 2 channel audio and book out a set of Usher BE-718s.

I have bought and sold a fair few items on here now. Everything I sell is sensibly priced for a quick and trouble free sale.

I'll always give a local pick up priority over shipping interstate. Particularly on larger items. So please keep that in mind.

Pick up available in Thomastown and Essendon.

Bank transfer preferred. Cash is okay too. But it just means I'll be tempted to eat Nandos for a week.

Denon AVR 2311

Price: $SOLD$

Item condition: A

Reason for selling: Have come to the realisation that I no longer watch movies -- or play video games

Comments: An excellent AVR. In addition to being incredibly well made, it will upscale to 1080p (Wii, etc.), has inputs for two subs and will allow you to connect an external amplifier (tested with my Rotel RA-1520). Purchased on 01/12/2011, I have the tax invoice/receipt and it still has a year of factory warranty remaining. Original box no longer held.

Once the new owner wraps their head around Denon's broken English interface, they'll be extremely happy with this AVR.

Here's a Gumtree ad with the specs listed http://www.gumtree.c...-rrp/1004944308

Well Rounded Sound Yorkie

Price: $SOLD$

Item condition: A+

Reason for selling: Moving to a bigger office allows a bigger sound system :)

Comments: This is John Darko's review pair. In my ownership 8 weeks, I have unexpectedly moved into a substantially larger office at work. So I'm going to get a substantially larger set of speakers (and sub).

Selling these for $20 less than what I bought them off John for, simply because they'll now be on to their third owner. They don't go deep. But what they do reproduce sounds fantastic. I recommend powering them with a 20 - 25 watt amplifier. I personally thought they sounded better (meatier) with a solid state amp, but to each his own. I have the original packaging so it will simply be a case of taping it up and shipping it out.

Wharfedale Diamond 9CS

Price: $SOLD$

Item condition: A

Reason for selling: Return to stereo

Comment: Uses the same bits as the awesome 9.1 bookshelf speakers. Not much else to say about this one. I also have the 9.1s and SW 150 sitting unused. They're such excellent BFYB that I think I'm going to hold onto them -- though I may be tempted to sell the lot as a set.
