PCU and Monitor has to Restart & Repowered to coonet ?

Can anyone adive on the casues for my Monitor not coming-on even when I Restard or Repowered my PCU

 

My PC comprise of  : Lenovo H100  with Microsoft HomePremium

 

My Monitor is a LG Flatron E1941

 

 

Is it the errant connection between Monitor and PCU.

 

If I reinstall the LG monitor software will it affect all that are on the DESKTOP which is the screen of the monitor.
