Bro, looking at the components they used, don't think u can get 500w rms.

Some rough calculation, 500w need about +/- 90v rails( the capacitors they used: showing 63V  :()

One pair outputs roughly about 63w rms. You need at least 8 pairs(NPN/PNP) to get 500W rms into 8 ohms.

CCt showed(rail <63v) maybe can provide about 150w rms. I think rail voltage can be increased to get 250w rms.

One worrying thing is that are they giving you the correct & genuine Sanken transistor?

Hi Lk,

Thanks for the warning.

Those that might be interested please take note.

Had the intention of bridging it.

For a start will try to "see" it performance.

Thanks Paul for the link.

Since the link mentioned ESP products, I had recently finish one of his obsolute project (P#61).

Is no longer posted online but is similar to Aspen's Aksa55 but is a "scaled" down version.

Thats why looking for another project to keep myself bz...

update.

the module can be bridged to attain higher output power.

that is to say the single module initially to be meant for stereo will be bridge to be mono.

will close the MO as scheduled

Thanks
