Now 2016, 8300 series is out still sell at $1200 like not so worth it. But if you like the sound when paired with the rest of your kit, don't think too much bah. Just enjoy your new purchase. m0rgz Posted February 7, 2022 Share Posted February 7, 2022 I’ve had a 6000a for a while now and am really enjoying it with a pair of Wharfedale Lintons. Anyone have a suggestion for a power amplifier addition for the 6000a? Feel like I might need a bit more headroom. The 8300xp might be an over investment but I thought it might be a good long term investment that would go beyond the upgrade of the 6000a in a couple of years. Anyone still loving the 8300xp?
