Email/pm for special price :) Kelso - All RWA mods can only be done by Vinnie himself in the US, and there is no dealer discount for iMods i.e. we pay the same rate as you do. Only with 5 or more iMods perhaps I can secure a discount. Hence although we do provide a service to ship your iPod to RWA but I'm afraid it will have to cost a little more than sending direct. OTOH for the other products like the Signature and Isabella we can offer a better price than direct :) Best regards, Ray

whowillbe Posted November 13, 2008 Posted November 13, 2008 Hi guys, I was actually looking around for a tube setup for my room and I basically went to a few shops at Adelphi. I was close to making my purchase however I held back as somehow the salesman just doesn't inspire confidence. So I decided to drop by Raindrop since it's near my relative's shop. I was blown away by the setup comprising of the Glow One, a SET tube amp, and the Omega Super 3 XRS speakers. The sound was so musical n sweet sounding and it literally felt like the singer was singing to me. However the best part of the Raindrop experience was Ray. He is a hobbyist turned businessman and because of his indepth knowledge, he was able to explain and answer all my queries. He was also upfront abt the limitations of the setup, in other words, he helped me to make an informed choice. I went back to the shop. I didn't make the purchase then cause need to check with my wife cause it's much more expensive than the ones I auditioned in Adelphi. However I just couldn't forget how beautiful the sound was and eventually I took the plunge and absolutely no regrets. You guys owe it to yourself to drop by Raindrop. Oh yeah, check out the Gurus, they are shockingly good!

I'm very glad you're happy with the single-ended + single-driver combo. For midrange purity, immediacy and imaging this combo is hard to beat even at much higher prices.
