Hi friends

Planning a Hi Def demo night and would like bros here to recommend a nice selection for a demo night

Criteria - story can be awful so long as there is good PQ and SQ

Can you list the movie, the scene (in minutes if possible) and why you choose it (for SQ/PQ/bass/Ambience etc)

Thanks

EG :

Ratatouille BR - sewer scene - Frenetic bass and use of surrounds

I'm Alive - Celine Dion New Day Concert - Blu Ray ; Dolby TrueHD

My Heart will go on - Celine Dion New Day Concert - Blu Ray; Dolby TrueHD

Exceptional Vocals, PQ and SQ...Awesome Las Vegas production , lights, video background...this is possibly the best hi -def concert disc to date!!

Crying - Roy Obision - Black and White Night, HD-DVD, Dolby TrueHD

Again exceptional vocals through picture is black and White. - Best compared Hi-Def version with SD-DVD....both PQ and paticularly the SQ difference is like...night and day ......

Thanks Audio, hey did you compare Terminator II on HD DVD to BR?

I would add Pan Labyrinth HD DVD the faceless monster scene... superb atmospherics

No, I don't have Terminator II.  The only toitle I have on bioth format is "300"...have not watch it yet.  I don't mind buying "Phantom of The Opera" on Blu Ray to compare it with HD-DVD....
