2100 Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 Just heard the new 736 @ Aural Designs, pretty taut good bass. For bass heads can check it out. The complementary symmertry type of push-pull seen here, IMO, works slightly better than isobaric in terms of cancelling harmonic distortions produced by asymmetries present in single drivers at high SPL levels. (works best with matched pairs). Isobaric has a much higher difference in pneumatic loads as seen by both drivers.
