Where can I buy wall plate for VGA & 3.5mm stereo?

Or who can I get to install it with the cables and termination?

 

Something like this:

 

I'm doing reno, so thought i'll pull VGA and 3.5mm stereo to 2 RCA audio cables from PC to TV & receiver through the walls & ceiling.

 

Btw, where to buy a 14m 3.5mm stereo to 2 RCA audio cable (in case no one can do the above for me)?

You should also probably be pulling:

 

1. HDMI

2. Component

3. Gigabit Ethernet

4. Phone

 

in case you need it. You might change the PC such that VGA moves to HDMI. Gigabit Ethernet is useful for things like streaming HD video from a media server to a PS3. Phone is in case you want to install a MioTV receiver next to the TV.
