Use this Sony DVD writer to archive those shows recorded on Hubstation? Good?

Hi everybody,

 

I saw this at Sitec this morning and i wonder if it could be used to archive out those shows I recorded on the starhub hubstation as the harddisk is almost full.

 

This was originally meant to record the camcorders content to DVD.

Anybody tried? What do u think? Worth spending $299?

first it's a Sony, $299 for a $100 product? think again.

 

2nd, composite connection is going to give you crappy PQ too......think twice.....
