Any place to repair my ancient infocus 4805

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I am facing the dreaded light tunnel issue in my 4805. read from avs forum that it is due to the "mirrors" being dislodged. Do any of you guys here knows where i can repair it in singapore and how much will it cost?

An alternative is if there is anyone that has a spoilt 4805 sitting at home and want to sell it for a small fee? i will be willing to buy it.

I love this projector a lot...although it is old but the picture quality is very good! of course maybe not comparable to the latest HD projector but i am satisfied with it. So any help here will be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

yes it is one of my favourite projectors. if properly calibrated the picture rivals the best in the market, even now. why not bring it back to infocus, regardless of whether it is an imported set ;D

trouble is, their service is not cheap and plus that light tunnel, it'll easily set you back a few hundred bucks if I recall correctly.

and yes, I have the same light tunnel problem with my 4805 too, and it's relegated to the bedroom for my wife's TVB series.
