dude Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 Hey there, would appreciate some help from anyone here... 1) I need to repair the car stereo CD-Changer. Anyone know of a reliable repair technician? 2) I'm thinkin of playing MP3 in my car, but by using a radio transmitter. Anyone here using this method to listen to MP3 in-car? Do I just tune it to any frequency, or must the frequency be one that is registered for broadcasting, but no broadcasts from it? Thanks a bunch.

petetherock Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 Repairs may not be worth it, and a new mp3 enabled changer can be had for not much $$ I have gone to Far East Audio in Balestier for my car audio needs, and have been very satisfied. Google for their contact and address (I don't work for them)
dude Posted October 16, 2007 Author Posted October 16, 2007 Pete, thanks for the lead. Actually, the problem I have with the changer is that one of the CD slots has problems loading/unloading and reading the disc. The other 5 slots (it's a 6-CD) are fine. I'll go look into the lead. Cheers!
