Help Needed: how to spilt 1 component source to 2 output?

i got the HD componet cable for xbox360 but i want to connect my pj and lcd tv at the same time, so i dont have to unplug the cable everytime... is there such a thing?

Go get those RCA switch box will do .....I'm using it to connect 3 dvd player (Video component cables) to my TV ...working fine.
