Speaker have tick sound

I am using Usher S-520 and a modded T-Amp .. I had been observing for the past 3 days that almost every song that i am playing have a tick sound .. Is it the Amp or the speaker problem ? Should i stop playing now ?

how about the source? did you try playing using different disc/player? it could also be interference from cable that is not ground properly...
