Mine is 1 year 4 months old and already the motor has gone bad (according to the service centre). I have seldom used it and on the day I sent it for repair, I met another owner who has exactly the same player with the same problem (cannot read DVD-Video disk). Aviator

But the PQ produced from DENON 3930CI is really astonishing. So what did the tech personnel says to you considering that the warranty has already expired?
aviator Posted September 22, 2007 Author Posted September 22, 2007 Have to pay for the replacement part, and the service charge. Almost 2 hundred dollars. No more Denon product for me. I think it's their product problem but consumer like us has to bear the cost of their problem. My feeling is that all 3930 will soon have the same problem as mine set. Be careful.
