desray Posted August 27, 2007 Posted August 27, 2007 Just received an email from bros at FastLogic...IN81 and IN82 are here! n.b. FastLogic apologize for the spelling mistakes found previously in the poster. This is the revised version.
gilahifi Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 Any idea if it is made in China like the other Infocus IN series?
Bono1624705732 Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 hmmm... similar throw distance as the optoma? ???
media2368 Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 hmmm... similar throw distance as the optoma? ??? Quite similar..think Optoma still the best buy.
louco73 Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 Someone needs to help them out with their English ;D Anyway, prices?
YoshiB Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 IN81- SGD$7,999 IN82- SGD$9,999 Was advice by alissa from fast logic that tentatively IN82 should be arriving this week.
Guest jonlee Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 At $9999, it will need to beat the hd1 which has a much more flexible zoom and lens shift.
zermat Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 I have heard of "onsite" warranty but what is "Doorstep" warranty? You mean I will have to bring the projector to my doorstep for them to do the repair? :)
HT102 Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 At $9999, it will need to beat the hd1 which has a much more flexible zoom and lens shift. Interesting, this price is not too far from the expected street price of Marantz VP-15S1. ;D
koma Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 if like tat marantz is the onli way to go ;) Interesting, this price is not too far from the expected street price of Marantz VP-15S1. ;D
desray Posted August 28, 2007 Author Posted August 28, 2007 We have yet to see both in action yet...so may be kind of too early to comment on. One thing is for certain, Infocus is quite rigid in pricing their high-end HT Projectors though - so dun expect much drastic drop in price :(
YoshiB Posted August 31, 2007 Posted August 31, 2007 Someone needs to help them out with their English ;D ;D
desray Posted August 31, 2007 Author Posted August 31, 2007 Just spoke to Alissa of FastLogic that there's a demo unit at their showroom at Burlington Square now for the next 2 days. By Monday, the unit will be returned to Infocus (Singapore). If you want to take a look at IN82 (DC3), you may want to make a trip down to FastLogic for a demo. :) However do take note that the unit on demo is a beta set meaning some settings may not be included or excluded when the actual production unit arrive here in late September this year.
