Bought the Harmony 550 from Amazon 3 weeks ago, so almost brand new.

Love the design and feel, unfortunately can't get used to the layout of some of the buttons.

 

Comes with complete package.

Btw this remote has preset codes to control Starhub digital cable set-top box without any problems.
