djcoolmax Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Need advise on how to implement this for my new sales shop. Req. 1. Multiple video outputs on LCD panels (with possibility of different videos on different screens) 2. Audio can be either of the playing videos or from CD/MP3/Radio If you guys can, please advise me on what I need to get this setup, thanks!
Quest88 Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Depends how flexible you want it to be. i think u need more descriptions. 1. how many lcd panels? how many variable displays (i.e. how many diff sets of video)? 2. input method? mp3? dvd? 3. need to have video/audio separate? From wat I can see.. your cheapest/easiest option is to have a few dvdp, video run into splitters. e.g. 3 dvdp into 3 video splitters/boosters, which give video signal to ALL 5 LCD TV. Meaning every 5 lcd tv has 3 input from all the sources. Then simply run all 3 sources at same time. When you want to change to different display, you just toggle the lcd tv's input. So all you need is for the lcd tv to have that number of inputs. Audio from all 3 is then pipe into 1 AVR which is able to pipe music throughout. Same as video, you select the source which you want. Can add more sources if you want other type of music also. Just replace the dvdp with whatever source you want - e.g. PC, etc. Should be fine.
