armoury Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 I can only assume he recorded an HD broadcast of TPM, and then burned it onto disc somehow. But given that AFAIK there are no recordable HD DVDs yet, nor HD DVD burners, it would have to have been burned onto SD DVD, and to fit all that data suggests multiple SD DVD discs?
blackburn Posted July 23, 2007 Author Posted July 23, 2007 I can only assume he recorded an HD broadcast of TPM, and then burned it onto disc somehow i think you may be right. just stumbled onto this step-by-step guide to hd-dvd authoring. it uses regular dvd recordables (or double layer dvd recordables) to create hd-dvd discs that will play on a standard hd-dvd player such as the toshiba a1 or xa1......................
