Sharp 32PX5M Below $1500.. Good Deal??

I was quoted below slightly below $1500 COD (including GST & delivery) for the Sharp 32PX5M,

1 + 2 years warranty, no free DVD player but can claim the vouchers from Sharp.

It is the lowest price I gotten..

Is it a good buy for that price & any lowest?

Need to get a set soonest as my old box 29" TV giving way liao....
