lobster1624705763 Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 Folks, Anyone ordered from Comp-U-Plus before? After placing an order successfully, how long it normally takes before you hear from them? Appreciate it if you could share your experience. Thanks.
FookLai Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 With their new system in place's(previously they wasnt accept credit card and did not use the Paily, only can TT to them), I guess they wouldnt know whether you did or didnt pay the money. Their customer services wasnt very helpful as well. What I did is I send them the screen shot I took when the payment is made and they immediately processed the order and ship it to Fedex. Fook Lai

I ordered and waited for a week after payment, still no news of shipping. Then bro Fook Lai came to my house to collect his item and told me need to email them. I emailed them, and the parcel was shipped out 2 days later, arrived at my doorstep last night (fedex took a total of 5 days). :) Fook Lai, Thank you very much. In brief, the transaction status page carries the following wordings: "Transaction Completed Your transaction has been completed successfully. This means that your card has been charged and the receiver has been notified that funds are available. For further information regarding this transaction, please contact the receiver directly. Reminder: The charge will appear on your statement under Paily.com" Hope they act on it and ship my XA2 asap... Jonlee, thanks for sharing. Cheers,
