When and what are the details of the new Marantz and Denon AV receivers?

Anyone knows when are the new range of Marantz AV receivers that will be coming out to replace the current SRx001 series? And what are the details? Same goes for Denon.

 

Onkyo already announced their new range which has HDMI 1.3a support!
