Normal window curtain & window glass sticker enquiry

Hi Guys, do you know where i can get those customisable window curtain sliding bracket (with rollers) type? I saw Bryan Wong use it at bai jia le.  Another think is how to find contractor for sticking those dark stickers or with patterns on the window glass surface. Thanks.
