I have a 8900TA.  As standard they come with the desk top mounting with 30 degree swivel via remote control.  The wall mounting is optional and should be specified at time of order.  My bracket looks similar to the first on the list - however your supplier or the manufacturer should be able to give you exact details for the 9500.
