Is this stiill a sealed box speaker?

Hi folks, I've got a speaker that has a forward firing and downward firing sharing the same chamber. They are both wired with similar polarity. Is this still a sealed box system?

 

I'm thinking of reusing the box for my DIYing/fooling around, and i've read that sealed systems are the easiest(largest error tolerance) to do.
