Hi there, can anyone here recommend me a pair of powercord for my intergrated amp and CDP? Any possibility to get both for $100 bucks? Just want to have an inexpensive upgrade to my exisiting stock cord. Thanks for your help

Thanks bro, thanks for the link....... My amp and CDP is now is on belden cabling. Forgotten the model, the amp cabling is kinda thick and the CDP is using a think white cabling as powercord. Seen to realize the bass had better extention now......hmmmm  :D

Just curious, how much you spend on DIY? where did you get the plugs? interested to DIY myself too. Thanks!

Belden 19364 @ $10/m (probably the black one in the pic)

Shurter IEC @ ~$6

MK Plug @ $10

So for say, a 1.5m cord it'll be $31.

My 19364 also has the same markings as yours. A search on the Internet on these codes reveal that it is indeed real Belden. Dunno why they did not print their name or model on it tho.

you're being conned if the cable has "shunyata", "golden fleece" or "monster" on it ;D

Why do you say that?  So all those hundred of thousands of guys out there who bought "branded" cables are conned!! I am sure shops like NBS, Cardas, Audioquest, Nordost will fall into that category too.

Just curious, is there any soldering involved for powercords using iec? Or just some screws?

no soldering at all. just simply screws  ;D

but 1 thing to tk note when u get the iec. the back part of iec (wattgate, other brand not sure) is actually very big which i din notice. when i reach hm and try to connect it to my lcd, it seem like cant fully insert the plug into the lcd coz being blk by the back of iec. now on and off hv it chk it as i swivel my tv quite often
