Gain City Marina Square Roadshow - LCDs

Hi

 

Anyone bought LCD from the current Gain City roadshow at Marina Square.

 

I was looking at the Toshiba 32WL66E, the price seems to be attractive, i believe its $1999 - $179 (forgo china dvd recorder) - $300/150 voucher rebate (cant remember clearly).

 

Also saw the LG 32LC2R, which looks nice cosmetically but not sure how the quality compare with others.

I believe the price is $1799 - 179 (forgo china dvd recorder) - $150 voucher.

 

Anyone bought LCD from the road show?

Did you manage to bargain further?

 

Should I buy now or wait towards end of the year?

I bought the LG 32LC2R from GC at marina square..

 

Price was $1499 including DVD recorder,wall bracket,installation and delivery.But i dont need the DVD recorder and they deducted $175 from the price.

 

So in total i paid only $1324 including GST.Think its really worth it but duno whether offer still on anot..

That sounds a real good deal.

I went to roadshow again yesterday but their package seems to be different.

I was eyeing the LG as well, but couldn't decide whether to get a korean or japanese brand, though i heard all made in SE Asia.

So decided to be patient and hold purchase.... hope what most people say is true that prices will drop quite abit by end of the year.
