Panny PV500 no display using as PC monitor

Hi All,

 

    Need your help I've tried to connect my PC to the TV via 15pin connector (PC Video card to panny 15 pin), but when I select the PC input (trough A/V botton) it shows "PC no signal",  is it same us  normal monitor just plug and play then it will detect, or anything I need to do on the settings. need experts help  out there, thank you very much
