limestone Posted March 8, 2006 Posted March 8, 2006 Hi all! Just curious if a 30Hz dip in a HT environment is common or not... Please see my graphs in this thread: http://www.xtremeplace.com/yabbse/index.php?topic=38017.0
media2368 Posted March 8, 2006 Posted March 8, 2006 Did you try to play a 30hz tone to your Sub and hold your SPL to walk around to check which location has the best SPL measurement? Moving your subwoofer location may be able to fix the dip..just my 2cts. :)

Guest jonlee Posted March 9, 2006 Posted March 9, 2006 I encountered that in my previous location of my sub...only one solution. U either move the sub or u move ur listening position. ;D
BobaFett Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Or try placing your sub in a "blackhole". Like mine. ;D
