Hmm was it my mind expecting 29.99, rechecked and now see the price of $23.99.

Which is reasonably if catalog is as big as US version.

Will be an interesting experiment

Signed up woot! Price was under what I expected too at 23.99

Ahhh I was at USD pricing still. And all with no VPN. Great stuff. Leigh et all - care to share some of your playlists?? You and mark have eclectic tastes.

I still find Quboz better for classical & jazz, but really there isn't much in it. Now for Naim to support Tidal, and Linn to support Quboz.

I also did a bit of a Google search looking for voucher codes but nothing turned up. First month is free however. If anyone does find a code then share it here for anyone not yet signed up.

Andrew, happy to start sharing playlist once I have some setup. However, I am more likely just to use Tidal as a try before buy (on vinyl) for the ever growing list of new music I want to hear. My TB4B list will be a bit hit and miss.

I suspect the only CDs I buy going forward will be as support for artists at live gigs.

Had to head off to work but I did try DSOTM. Anyone know if there is there a gapless setting. Did not have time to play around.

The other feature worth noting for anyone using the smartphone app is that you can 'offline' content for when you go walkabout so you don't have to suffer dropouts over 3G/4G or eat into your download quota. Download on wi-fi and then switch the app to offline mode. Easy.

Running on my Mac, but yeah just AAC on Safari. About to plug into my Aurender. Library looks decent, although already found a few that says "Album unavailable for streaming".

I'd say you can use it like Spotify, so as many devices as you want, but only one login at a time.

I'm loving the Bluesound Node app's integration. You can cue a tidal song followed by one streamed locally followed by one from your NAS and then back to tidal. Awesome! The only thing I wish I had now was a video interface as there looks like some great high quality videos on Tidal

The 1 logged in and 3 off-line is a little annoying. I was wanting to download some stuff offline onto my phone at the same time as listening on the Bluesound Node and it logged me out of the Bluesound Node

Also, has anyone had any issues playing Tidal in Hifi on Chrome 41.0? I can play at High quality, but I'm not getting any sound or track movement on Hifi.... The FAQ seems to point to 39, but I only downloaded Chrome for Tidal and so I've got the latest.

Yeah, I reckon. Think I will stick to Mog.

Finished syncing with my Aurender, and working really nicely. It's great that I can compile a playlist comprising local tracks and Tidal tracks. Library is initially not looking as comprehensive as Spotify, but I'm sure it's growing fast.

It would be great to see a Telstra/Mog sort of deal where the data is free to Telstra mobile users.

Yeah, you'll have to do your downloading overnight or when watching TV or something.  At least with Spotify you can listen on one but still download on other devices...price is a little restrictive for me at the moment.  I'll trial it for a month as see how it goes, but this won't stop me buying CD's (they don't have any ACDC or Metallica for example - and neither do Spotify)...great to have options these days though.

I'm doing the same with a Sonos connect and have to agree it's great being able be queue up music from various sources. Only signed up to Tidal an hour ago, but so far I'm very happy with the stream quality and music selection.

That's a real plus...

I'm assuming the offline content is in Lossy format as each song was only taking around 10sec to download, would be good if you could choose the download Quality

Is it just me or is their website a vortex of non information and few answers?

Somewhere in the settings you can specify the offline/download format.
